Mr Speight Consultancy was established in 2018 by Adam Speight to support schools and educational organisations in improving outcomes, strengthening leadership, and enhancing teaching and learning.

Adam is an award-winning teacher and experienced educator and educational consultant who has worked across both Wales and England in state and independent school settings. Since qualifying in 2011, he has developed a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing schools, alongside a clear focus on delivering practical, effective solutions that make a genuine difference.

Throughout his career, Adam has worked closely with colleagues at all levels, supporting the development of teaching practice, curriculum, assessment, and leadership. His experience has shaped a consultancy approach that is grounded in real educational practice, ensuring that all advice and support is relevant, realistic, and impactful.
